Getting started with Title Capture is simple. Follow these four steps.
Contact our team at (855) 716-9000 or email info@firstsourcetitle.com to request access to Title Capture. We will set up your account with your company information, preferred contacts, and any special instructions for your orders. Account setup is typically completed within one business day.
Log in to Title Capture and begin a new order. Enter the property address, county, parcel number (if available), transaction type (purchase, refinance, equity), buyer and seller information, lender details, and any special instructions. The system validates key fields as you go and highlights any missing required information before you submit.
Attach any relevant documents to your order, such as the purchase contract, survey, prior title policy, legal description, or lender instructions. The system accepts PDF, JPEG, PNG, and common document formats up to 25 MB per file. Documents are securely stored and immediately accessible to your assigned closing team.
Review your order summary and click Submit. You will receive an immediate confirmation with your order number. From that point on, you can log in at any time to check the status, view completed documents, communicate with your closing team, and receive notifications as milestones are reached. Email notifications are sent automatically at key stages of the process.

No. Title Capture is a free service provided to all First Source Title clients. There are no setup fees, monthly charges, or per-order costs associated with using the platform. It is simply a more efficient way to work with us.
Orders submitted through Title Capture are typically acknowledged within one business hour and begin processing the same day if received before 3:00 PM EST. Title search results and commitments are generally delivered within three to five business days, depending on the property location and complexity of the title history.
Yes. Title Capture supports orders for properties in all 32+ states where First Source Title is licensed. The system automatically routes your order to the appropriate team based on the property location. If we do not currently cover a specific state, we will notify you promptly and can recommend a trusted partner.
Yes. We can set up multiple user profiles under your company's account. Each user has their own login credentials and can view orders they have submitted. Administrators can be granted access to view all company orders. Contact us to set up additional user accounts for your team.
You can add notes, upload additional documents, or communicate changes to your closing team directly through the Title Capture dashboard. For significant changes such as a change in closing date, transaction type, or party information, contact your assigned closer directly and they will update the order. All changes are logged and time-stamped for your records.
